Yes — as an IRS Enrolled Agent, I hold a federal license that allows me to serve clients in all 50 states. All work is done remotely via secure portals, email, and video calls. Location is never a barrier.
How do I share documents with you securely?
We use encrypted, secure document portals for all sensitive information. You'll never be asked to email tax documents or financial statements unprotected. Login details are provided during onboarding.
What accounting software do you use?
We work primarily in QuickBooks Online. If you're already using QBO, we can connect directly to your account. If you're not yet using accounting software, we'll set it up as part of onboarding — usually at no extra cost.
My books are a mess — do you handle cleanup?
Yes. Bookkeeping cleanup is one of the most common services we provide for new clients. We'll review the last 12 months, identify and correct issues, and bring your books current before starting ongoing monthly work.
Can you represent me if I'm being audited?
Absolutely — this is one of the most important benefits of working with an EA. I can represent you directly before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collection matters. If you've already received a notice, contact us immediately.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 1–2 weeks from signing your engagement letter to having clean, current books. The timeline depends on how much historical cleanup is needed and how quickly you can provide access to your accounts.
